Residential Construction Plans
Main Level and Above: $1.30 per S.F.
Finished Basement: $.70 per S.F.
*Includes 1 Meeting (1 Hour in Length), 4 Revisions (Prior to Finalizing), Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations (4) and Details for Home Construction. Additional Meetings and Revisions to be billed hourly.
**$750 Deposit and Minimum $2,000 Project Fee
***If Time between End of Preliminary Design and Start of Finalized Home Construction Plans is Longer than 4 Months, Preliminary Design and Finalized Plans will be billed separately. See Pricing Below.
Residential Preliminary Plans
Main Level and Above: $.95 per S.F.
Finished Basement: $.55 per S.F.
*Includes 1 Meeting (1 Hour in Length), 4 Revisions, Plans and Elevations (4) with Minimal Dimensions and Detail. Additional Meetings and Revisions to be billed hourly.
**$500 Deposit and Minimum $1,250 Project Fee
Finalize Residential Construction Plans
Main Level and Above: $.45 per S.F.
Finished Basement: $.25 per S.F.
* Includes Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations (4) and Details for Home Construction. Meetings and Revisions to be billed hourly.
**$250 Deposit and Minimum $1,000 Project Fee

How long does the design process take?
Typically, the design process takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you meet clients in person?
I prioritize face‑to‑face meetings to clearly understand your vision and needs, but I am flexible and can communicate in whatever way the client prefers, whether that is in‑person, by email, text, or phone.
Can you help with budgeting?
I offer guidance throughout the design process to help maximize the budget without compromising design quality, however the final construction costs will ultimately depend on your builder.

What experience do you have?
Do you handle permits?
Usually, the builder will handle the permitting process, however I am available to provide my guidance if needed.
